Opportunity for an experienced Workday HCM Lead to drive solution design, stakeholder engagement, and delivery across Workday HCM programs. This role requires strong consulting experience, the ability to present solutions to clients, and support presales activities including RFP responses.

• Lead end-to-end Workday HCM solution design and implementation across modules
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
• Present solution models, architecture, and recommendations to clients and leadership teams
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing functional expertise and best practice guidance
• Support presales activities including RFP/RFI responses, solutioning, and client demos
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including integrations, reporting, and technical teams
• Ensure delivery quality, governance, and alignment with business objectives
• Able to support multiple clients in AMS and project implementations
• Able to lead, present, deliver impact analysis, and provide recommendations during Workday release cycles.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
• Mentor junior consultants, provide guidance on troubleshooting and solution design
• Assist with onboarding and capability development

• Strong experience in Workday HCM (Core HCM, Core Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Learning, Talent, Performance, HCM Reporting, Security, EIBs, etc.)
• Proven consulting background with client-facing experience
• Experience in solution design, workshops, and stakeholder management
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Experience in preparing RFP/RFI responses and presales support
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex project environments
