We started as Coreteam in September 2019, less than 6 months before the entire business world started facing one of its biggest challenges, the pandemic.
The project was young, but the experience and knowledge of the team gave it the strength and resilience needed to strive and move forward.
With our purpose set, and our values aligned, we went for it a full charge.
It’s been a challenging journey in a new era where existing trends were accelerated, changing the way we work and interact with each other. The disruption of labour markets during 2020 is still here, and companies still struggle to adapt to the long-announced 4th Industrial Revolution, digital transformation of businesses is already a priority with Covid pushing this right up the list. Big data, automation, machine learning, it’s all here, the 5th Industrial Revolution. There’s only one way to keep up, having the right people with the right skills, in the right place, at the right time.
That is why we’ve put together a team of Workday experts with diverse backgrounds, experiences, and skills, to ensure that every project has the right talent in order to achieve its goals.
We’ve learnt a lot throughout our existence, from recruitment to advisory, but mostly about people, and we’re incredibly proud of the people with who we’ve worked, and what they were able to achieve in such a difficult time.
It’s all about people, it’s all about making sure they feel part of something bigger, successful and appreciated. That’s why our purpose is to improve the experience between people and the systems which they depend on.
“We believe success should be accessible for everyone”
We believe that well-executed digital transformation is the essential ingredient for every forward-thinking business.
A good, well-run business creates happy employees.
