The Role
As a Data Transformation Consultant for our Workday Services Consultancy, you will work closely with clients to guide them through data mapping, migration and transformation processes as they transition to Workday. You will be responsible for ensuring data integrity, optimizing transformation workflows, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. This role requires a good understanding of Workday data structures, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Role Responsibilities
• Lead data transformation and migration efforts for Workday implementations.
• Design, develop, and execute data transformation component of ETL processes for deploying Workday to ensure seamless data conversion.
• Collaborate with clients to assess data quality, structure, and mapping needs.
• Work with cross-functional teams to align data strategies with business objectives.
• Validate and reconcile transformed data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Provide guidance on best practices for Workday data management and governance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues during implementation.
