As a Workday Accounting Center & Prism Lead, you will provide ongoing support, optimization, and troubleshooting for Workday Financials, focused on Accounting Center and Prism support, enhancement, administration, and optimisation. You will collaborate with clients and the internal team to streamline financial data management processes, enabling real-time insights and accurate financial reporting.

• Support innovation through the creation of new industry-leading methods and assets
• Manage teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures
• Formulate overall project planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting strategies.
• Develop statements of work and/or client proposals
• Lead workshops for client training
• Manage resources and budget on client projects
• Serve as the escalation point for critical functional issue resolution
• Provide subject matter expertise to aid in decision-making related to the functional solution
• Lead, mentor and manage performance metrics of project team members
• Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyse business requirements.
• Architect Workday Financials Accounting Center/Prism solutions to ensure that all work streams are cohesive and cross-functional impacts are considered and mitigated
• Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices.
• Demonstrate design options through the use of prototyping.

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Workday Account Center and Prism, troubleshooting, and system optimization.
• Certifications in Workday Accounting Center and Prism are highly desirable and certification in any other area Workday Financials (Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Contracts to Cash) is desirable.
• Minimum 2 years of consulting experience in a Lead role
• Exposure to Workday Financials modules, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Banking & Settlement, and Procurement is desirable.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse financial discrepancies, troubleshoot system issues, and optimize business processes.
• Experience with Workday Financial reporting tools, including Custom Reports, Composite Reports, and Workday Prism, with knowledge of Workday Adaptive Planning being an advantage.
• Workday integration knowledge, including EIBs, Workday Studio, and external system connections for banking and procurement.
• Deep understanding of financial processes and compliance requirements, including GAAP, IFRS, SOX controls, and internal audits
• Ability to manage Workday updates and releases, including feature analysis, regression testing, and configuration enhancements.
• Strong communication and client management skills, with experience supporting finance teams in a fast-paced AMS environment.
