As a Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant, you partner closely with clients to design and deliver scalable planning solutions across financial, workforce, and operational domains. Your expertise spans the full lifecycle of Adaptive Planning— from initial discovery to model build, deployment, and continuous optimization. You configure robust planning frameworks that support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making across finance and HR functions.

• Be a brand ambassador and reflect company values at all times.
• Monitor deployment of additional cloud-based functionality/upgrades release by Workday/Adaptive, complete and coordinate testing and communication to key stakeholders
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business drivers and translate them into effective Adaptive Planning configurations across areas such as P&L, workforce/headcount, OPEX, and CapEx planning.
• Design and manage integrated planning models, including compensation planning, FTE/HC forecasting, benefits, and payroll logic aligned with HR and Finance requirements.
• Build and maintain calculation logic, allocation rules, modeled and standard sheets, and version structures to support rolling forecasts, scenarios, and strategic plans.
• Administer and troubleshoot Adaptive Planning, managing metadata, security roles, and user access while ensuring data quality and model integrity.
• Stay ahead of Workday/Adaptive feature releases, leading deployment, testing, and communication of new functionality to stakeholders.
• Define governance processes, documentation standards, and end-user best practices to ensure consistent planning operations.
• Analyse planning requirements and continuously improve system design to meet evolving organizational needs.
• Provide training and post-deployment support to business users, acting as a center of excellence for planning initiatives.

• Over 5 years of experience leading Workday implementations, providing post-production support, or working as a Workday client.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning, including model configuration, reporting, and ongoing support.
• Workday Adaptive Planning Platform Services Certification required.
• Experience with both Workday Financials and HCM is highly desirable.
• Strong command of the Adaptive Planning suite, including assumptions, sheets, versions, and reporting.
• Proficient in data analysis, Excel modeling, and creating executive-ready PowerPoint presentations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
• Collaborative team player who adapts well to change and performs effectively in fast-paced environments.
• Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and a focus on both technical accuracy and strategic impact.
