The Role
You'll work closely with clients to understand their unique business processes and requirements, leveraging your extensive experience in implementing and configuring Workday HCM solutions. Your expertise in HR processes will be instrumental as you collaborate with clients to configure the Workday system to meet their specific needs. Additionally, you'll provide ongoing support and optimization to ensure our clients get the most out of their Workday investment.
Role Responsibilities
• Monitor deployment of additional cloud-based functionality/upgrades release by Workday/HCM, complete and coordinate testing and communication to key stakeholders
• Configure Workday HCM Management
• Responsible for HCM AMS support across a portfolio of several clients, managing defects and enhancements from design, configuration and through to testing and deployment
• Plan, review, and revise configurations and customizations to meet evolving business and operational needs
• Develop, document, and implement policies, procedures, guidelines, and best practices to ensure data integrity and standardized end user processes
• Troubleshoot intermittent data or business processes and/or break/fix issues and maintain user permissions and role access
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into effective & efficient application configuration
• Perform additional tasks related to the administration of Adaptive Insights as needed

Skills
• 3+ years’ experience leading and deploying Workday implementations, supporting Workday Post production / AMS Services, or as a client of Workday
• Ideally Certified and Master in Workday HCM Core at minimum, with desirable additional certification in at least 1 other area, such as Compensation, Benefits, Talent and Performance, Learning, Recruitment, Advanced Compensation, Reporting, Absence, Time Tracking
• Some experience in a full cycle Workday implementation is desirable.
• Possess adaptive insights and consulting soft skills
• Excellent data analysis skills, Excel and Power point presentation
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with all levels of an organization
• Team player that embraces change and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• An analytical, creative thinker who can focus on the details without losing sight of the big picture
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and multi-task
