The Role

As a Workday Project Manager, you will lead and oversee the successful delivery of Workday implementations, optimizations, and AMS engagements for clients. You will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications to ensure seamless execution. This role requires a strong understanding of Workday’s capabilities, project management methodologies, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes.

Role Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee Workday implementation and support projects from initiation to completion.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and risks while ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and third-party vendors to drive project success.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication, status reporting, and expectation management.
• Ensure adherence to Workday best practices and project governance frameworks.
• Lead issue resolution, risk mitigation, and change management efforts.
• Support post-implementation optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing Workday projects (implementations, AMS, or enhancements).
• Strong knowledge of Workday modules and their impact on business processes.
• Experience with Workday configuration, reporting, or integrations is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Workday data transformation, security models, or system architecture is a plus.
• Proven expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
