The Role

You’ll have the autonomy to shape reporting frameworks, implement best practices, and influence how data drives strategic decisions within a global organization. As a remote role, you’ll enjoy the flexibility to work independently while collaborating closely with international teams across UK, Europe, APAC and beyond.
Role Responsibilities
• Design, build, and maintain custom Workday reports and dashboards, including advanced, matrix, composite, and trending reports.
• Translate business requirements into functional Workday reporting solutions across HCM, Compensation, Absence, and Talent modules.
• Partner with HR and business stakeholders to define key metrics and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and visibility.
• Develop and optimize calculated fields, data sources, and security settings for reports.
• Support the integration of Workday reports with external systems and tools when required.

Skills
• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Workday Reporting Lead.
• Strong understanding of Workday HCM and reporting architecture, including data sources and calculated fields.
• Experience building complex reports such as matrix, composite, and custom dashboards.
• Proficient in data validation, visualization, and HR analytics principles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
