Emma is the Project Lead at Coreteam, supporting clients with the successful delivery of HR Transformations and providing engaging people experiences. She is a certified Workday and Agile practitioner, as well as a Strengths Coach to deliver projects with a great team of experienced colleagues. In her spare time, she loves music and cooking, and enjoys travelling to different countries to enjoy the culture and food with her family. Emma is starting to learn Portuguese after moving to Portugal a year ago, and exploring the amazing places and enjoying the beaches and meeting new friends. Emma has a passion for creating engaging people experiences in HR and understanding how to support and meet clients' strategic goals. She brings 18 years of experience of managing international HR transformation programs across all business sectors. She has a passion in working with agile to understand client’s needs, and build engaging experiences using CX methods to understand not just HR needs, but also those of People Leads and employees.   back to team
