Meet Michael Shona, our new Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant, an expert in planning solutions that help organisations make improved financial, workforce, and operational decisions.
As a Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant he has experience in cross functional delivery in Banking, Aviation, Retail and Fintech. At Coreteam, he works with clients to understand their planning needs, building scalable and standard solutions for budgeting, forecasting and making strategic choices. He also drives continuous improvement, user training, and post-deployment activities, helping organisations realise lasting value from their planning environment.
He is based in Singapore and enjoys playing chess and sideline investments.
His colleagues describe him as someone who is focused and confident in producing quality work, but also someone who knows how to have fun even when commitments start piling up.
