Meet Shaffiq Rahemtulla, our new Workday Fins Capability Lead, specialising in Workday Financials and Integration Solution Architecture.
As a passionate and forward-thinking professional, he brings more than 10 years of experience as a Financial and Management Accountant, alongside extensive banking and Tax/VAT knowledge. His broader expertise spans enterprise architecture, technical integrations, middleware solutioning, BI, data warehousing, data conversion, data modelling, ETL and SQL. He has also led project planning, cutover planning, test execution and management, and end-user training across both remote and classroom environments.
As Fins Capability Lead, Shaffiq combines this strong financial and technical background with extensive experience across multiple industries, applications and sectors. He is particularly skilled at deep-diving into complex challenges, simplifying technical problem statements, and bridging the gap between technology and business needs to deliver practical, impactful solutions.
Based in England, he enjoys sports including football and tennis, as well as taking on DIY projects, exploring his love of cooking, and enjoying all things music.
