Give Away Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility
This giveaway is open to all individuals who attended our Workday Reporting 101 Webinar and submit a completed survey using the same email address they used to register for the event. Only one entry per person will be accepted.

2. How to Enter
To enter the draw, participants must:
• Have attended the webinar live;
• Complete the survey linked in the post-event communication;
• Submit the form by 2 May 2025, 23:59 CET;
• Provide the email address used to register for the webinar.

3. Prize
One winner will receive a free, one to one 2-hour consultancy session focused on Workday Reporting, hosted by a Coreteam specialist. The session will be delivered online via video call and must be scheduled within 30 days of the winner being notified.

4. Winner Selection & Notification
• The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the deadline.
• The draw will take place on 12 May 2025.
• The winner will be notified by email within 3 business days of the draw.
• If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, a new winner may be selected.

5. Data Use
By entering the draw, participants agree that their submitted data may be used by Coreteam to:
• Evaluate reporting needs for tailoring the consultancy session;
• Contact them about the giveaway and any follow-up related to the session.
Data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. General Conditions
• No cash or other alternatives will be offered.
• The prize is non-transferable.
• Coreteam reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway or these terms at any time.
• By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
