Expanded Sharing Options for Security | Worksheets now offers the ability to define who can Share, Copy, Download/Print, and Comment in workbook in addition to the Edit, Comment, and View permissions. Global Prompts for Live Data | With this new feature in Worksheets, users are now able to make an update to live data prompts across all reports in workbook without having to update each one separately. Users will define one source report within a workbook then link the other reports by mapping other live data area prompt values to the global prompts. Global Prompts feature improves report efficiency and accuracy by aligning prompt values across multiple reports and reducing the possibility of errors. Global prompts are supported for advanced, matrix, and composite reports. |
Headcount Plan Data Source | With this release, Workday added a new filter option to make Private Filter or Public Filter in Worksheets. By using Public Filter, any changes make by the user will impact all other users’ view in Workbook including filtering and updating data. With the use of Private Filters, Worksheets now enables you to filter or modify data without worrying about interfering with other users’ activity in workbook. |
